Tucker. He entered the United States Army in 1960 then went on to graduate from Nazarene

Louise Butcher, on September 20, 1965 in Miami, Oklahoma; they were married 54 years. They
have 6 children, 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Wilbur worked as a preacher and a welder. His greatest passions were serving the Lord and
loving Connie. He lived and breathed the gospel. His teaching taught of love beyond reason, to
see the best in any situation, to be kind, patient, forgiving, humble and above all else, look to the
Lord for strength and direction. Wilbur challenged everyone to be like Jesus. He said it best
himself, “look out for broken lives, broken homes and see the need all around us. Every day is
a new adventure, an opportunity to make a difference. That is God’s plan! God wants to walk
with us every day. He has promised never to leave us or forsake us. He loves us that much.
That is incredible, that is the joy of life and the joy of the Lord is our strength. Life is not what we
can do; it is what He can do with us.” Preacher Tucker
