Wanda Allie Deckard Jones

Wanda Allie Deckard Jones of Owasso, passed away April 17, 2010 in Collinsville. She was 82. Wanda was born November 28, 1927 in Braggs, OK to Flo and Cora (Leach) Peebles. She spent her years raising her family and taking care of the home. Wanda loved to read and work puzzles. Her other hobbies included working in her flower garden, cooking and coloring. She will be missed dearly.

Wanda is survived by 3 children, Pat Chappell and her husband Gary of Collinsville, Brenda Stucky of Grove, and Ted Deckard, Jr. of Owasso; 2 sisters, Maybelle Raglin and Louise Fager; 1 brother, Charles Peebles; 4 grandchildren, Connie, Clint, Marlo, and Paul; 2 great grandchildren, Austen and Aaron; numerous family and friends. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Ted Deckard, Sr. and her second husband Albert Jones.

Visitation for Wanda will be held Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2010 at Meadowcreek United Methodist Church in Collinsville with Reverend Brian Mangan officiating.
