Thelma June Cooper of Oologah passed away Monday, October 3, 2011. She was 86 years old; June was born July 7, 1925 in Collinsville, Oklahoma to George C. Stepp and Nellie May Harris Stepp.
June is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Cooper of the home; 1 daughter, Debra Kaye Sligar and husband Bobby Joe Sligar of Oologah; I granddaughter, Jodi McDaniel of Oologah; 2 great-granddaughters, Ashley Pate and Macy McDaniel of Oologah.
She is preceded in death by her Father, George C. Stepp, her Mother; Nellie May Harris Stepp, Brother Buck Stepp and Sister Ada Stepp Peace.
Visitation will be 10 A.M. to 8 P. M., Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Oologah Dolton Funeral Home, Oologah, OK.
Graveside Services will be held at 1 P. M. on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Oologah, OK, under the direction of Oologah Dolton Funeral Home.
