Terry Gene Schmidt

Terry Gene Schmidt, 58, of Collinsville, OK passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. He was born September 5, 1952 in Coffeyville, KS to Jack and Frances (Wells) Schmidt. He had lived in Collinsville for the last 12 years having moved from Tulsa where he owned and operated Terry's Electric for 25 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a Pilot. He also owned Terry's Electric Mopar Race Car Team for 5 years.

He is survived by his wife Sue of the home, 1 son: Robert of San Diego, CA. 1 sister: Starre Barnard and her husband Keenan of Tulsa, 1 Brother: John Schmidt and his wife Verona of Leavenworth, KS and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a host of friends and relatives.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Helmer Johnson officiating.
