Terri Shawn Foresman

Terri Shawn Foresman, 46 of Sapulpa, OK passed away Tuesday April 12, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. She was born April 8, 1965 in Cleveland, Ok to Lester Ellis and Susan Gayle Clayton, Jr. She had lived in Sapulpa, Ok for the last 9 years. She married Joe Lester Foresman on November 27, 2006 in Sapulpa.

She is survived by her husband, Joe of the home, her father, Ellis Clayton and his wife Kathy of Southwest City, MO, and Her mother, Susan White and her husband Dan of Bristow, OK., 5 Children: Cody Lawrence and his wife Debra of Patterson, LA, Amy Shawn Conner of Lawton, OK, Paula Renee Brunner and her husband Dustin of Sapulpa, Joe Foresman Jr. of Sapulpa and Megan Channell Foresman of Tulsa. 1 Brother: Jeffrey Don Clayton and his wife Paula of Edmond, OK. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Mark Ellis Clayton.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2011, at the Woodlawn Memorial Park in Sands Spring, OK with Rev. Gary Brown Officiating. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
