Teresa Cheryl Leake

Teresa Cheryl Leake, 49, of Inola, OK passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in Tulsa, OK. She was born May 15, 1967 in Claremore, OK to Loren Jerry Husband and the former Glenda Sheryl Willhite. She Married Randal Edward Leake in 1993 in Claremore, OK. She was a member of the Cowboy Country Fellowship Church and various Barrel Racing Associations.

Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 23, 2016 at the Oologah Assembly of God Church with Rev. Cletis Coe and Rev. Jim Carney officiating. Interment will follow at the Wann Cemetery in Oologah, OK.

She is survived by her husband, Randal of the home, parents: Jerry and Glenda Husband of Oologah, grandmother, Ruby Willhite of Claremore, OK. 1 brother, Chad Wayne Husband and his wife Kathleen of Oologah. 2 nephews, Ethan Wayne Husband and Kyle Allen Husband of Oologah.

She is preceded in death by her son: Dylan Leake. He passed away in 2003.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
