Ted Willard Dardenne

Theodore Willard “Ted” Dardenne of Langley, OK, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015. He was 83. Ted was born on April 21, 1932 in Tulsa to Theodore Walter and Goldie Marie (Wright) Dardenne. Ted served his country in the Army from 1952 to 1954. He married Mary Faith on October 16, 1954. Ted and his wife owned Best Way Self Serve in Collinsville from the early 70’s to 1980. They then moved to Grand Lake where Ted started his own security business called Lake Security. Ted was a 32nd degree Mason, was a member of the Blue Lodge in Tulsa, and later attended meetings at the Masonic Lodge in Adair.

Ted is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Dardenne of the home; his daughter, Pamela Sue Bordwine and her husband Phil; and a host of extended family and friends. Ted was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Robert Dardenne.

A Graveside Service for Ted will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville with Pat Hudson officiating. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home, (918) 371-2111
