Sybil Mae Jones

Sybil Mae Jones, 84, of Collinsville, OK passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. She was born May 27, 1926 in Collinsville to Isaac and Jessie (Hollingsworth) Spyres. She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she worked for 25 years as the Church Secretary.

She is survived by her husband, Alfred of the home. 3 Children: Deborah Sever and her husband David of Edmond, OK, Randy Patterson and his wife Sue of Collinsville, and Lenore Tate and her husband Joel of Graniteville, SC, 2 step-Children: Ronald Jones and his wife Roz of Bartlesville, OK and Donna Ceasar of Collinsville, 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 1 brother: Lloyd Spyres and his wife Linda of Tahlequah, OK.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Jack Patterson.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 24, 2011 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Collinsville First Baptist Church with Dr. Tim Prock officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
