Shirley Ann Butler

Shirley Ann Butler, 74, of Collinsville, OK passed away Monday, January 21, 2013 in Collinsville, OK. She was born January 18, 1939 in Tulsa, OK to Westley Leroy Manson and the former Dorothy Nicholson. She enjoyed Shopping, going to the casino, singing and spending time with her family. She also liked going fishing and camping with her husband.

She is survived by 3 children: Debbie Carmack and her husband Roger of Ramona, Donnie Butler and his wife Karla of Collinsville and Sharon Henry and her husband Bill of Skiatook, 11 Grandchildren, Christy, Kyle, Amber, Chris, Kelly, Travis, Brian, Jessica, Heather, Amy and Breanna, 26 Great-grandchildren Dalton, Kaylee, Gabby, Ethan, Rylan, Kohen, Olivia, Madialyn, Mackenzie, Bryson, Gracie, Charles, Briana, Kayla, Cheyenne, McKenzi, Merisa, Bladen, Hunter, Kyler, Lundon, Zaydon, Annalise, Skylar, Alyssa and Kasen. She is also survived by 1 sister: Pauline Smith and her husband Jerry of Tulsa.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Roy Manson, her husband, Donald Butler and 1 sister: Jeraldine Younger.


Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2013 at the Friendly Osage Oaks Church of God in Sperry, OK with Pastor Jerry Harper, Jr. and Pastor Bill Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, OK. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
