Sam Rabbitt

Sam Rabbitt, 76, of Collinsville, OK passed away Monday, April 27, 2009 in Collinsville, OK. He was born August 14, 1932 in Mazie, OK to Nuddie Rabbitt and the former Ida Sulateskee. He had lived most of his life in the Collinsville area. He had worked as a welder and was a Pastor of the Amazing Grace Tabernacle Church.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Rabbitt of the home. 4 Children: Sheena Rabbitt of Collinsville, Floyd Rabbit and his wife Vivian of Collinsville, Marilyn Fields of Skiatook and David Rabbitt and his wife Tina of Collinsville. 1 brother: Willie Rabbitt and his wife Mary of Oologah, OK and 1 sister: Eliza Hamilton and her husband Richard of Claremore. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 6 Great-grandchildren, and several friends and relatives.
He is preceded in death by 3 brothers: Jack Rabbit, Andy Rabbitt and Ed Rabbitt, 1 sister, Betty Rabbitt, baby twins and a grandson, Brandon Rabbit.
A wake services will be at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the Amazing Grace Tabernacle Church. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 1, 2009 at the Amazing Grace Tabernacle Church with interment following at the Sandridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
