Roger Dale Alderson

Roger Dale Alderson, 56, of Sperry, Ok passed away Thursday, June 10, 2010 in Sperry, OK. He was born July 26, 1953 in Checotah, OK to Willie Alderson and the former Edith Hagan. He had lived in Sperry since 1968 having graduated from Sperry High School in 1971. He married Sherrie Dotson on June 11, 1991 in Tulsa, OK. He was a member of the Insulators Local 64 Union.

He is survived by he wife Sherrie, of the home. 1 daughter: Jodie Jackson of Perkins, OK and 1 son: Dustin Henry of Sperry, OK and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by 3 Brothers: W.C. Alderson of North Carolina, Jim Alderson of Owasso, OK and Ben Alderson of Coweta, OK. 1 sister: Goldie Harvey of Sallisaw, OK.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother: John Alderson and 1 sister: Bonnie Patton.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 13, 2010 from 1:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m., Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Ridgelawn Cemetery will Rev. Rick Brinkley officiating.
