Robert James Pearson

Robert James Pearson, 89, 45-year resident of Oologah, OK, was born June 2, 1936, in Oglesby, OK to Carlos M. Pearson and Charlotte (Blevins) Pearson. At the age of Nine, he became an orphan. He accepted the Lord at the age of 12 years old at an Oral Roberts Meeting in Bartlesville, OK. He had worked as a welder for John Zink for several years before moving to Oologah to become a Dairy Farmer. He married Georgene Miller on June 10, 1967.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the DestinyLife Church, Highway 169 and Highway 20., with Pastor Glenn Shaffer officiating.

He is survived by his wife Georgene of the home, 3 children: Jim, Janet and Jeff, 2 stepchildren: Louie and Linda, 1 sister: Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by 2 daughters: Jeanet and Judy, 5 brothers: Bill, Bart, Pat, Georgie and Ed, and 1 sister: Lorene.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
