Robert Edward Hall, 90, of Talala, OK passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in Talala, OK. He was born February 20, 1925 in Kusa, OK to Edward Luther Hall and the former Mary Edith Liard.
The Hall family moved to rural Rogers County near the Talala community when Bob was three years of age. He began his education in the rural Snarr School and completed his education at the Oologah High School.
Mr. Hall worked on the family farm with his father prior to working on a pipeline near Skiatook.
He enlisted in the Unites States Army-Air Force and serviced in Italy with the 15th Air Force. He received his honorable discharge on December 13, 1945.
He returned to this area and was employed by the National Zinc Company. He later worked for Spartan Aircraft, Tulsa, OK, the Tulsa Winch Company, and Douglass Aircraft prior to his employment with Boeing Aircraft, Wichita, KS.
He joined T.R.W. Reda Pump having retired after 26 years.
He married Emma Frances Seabolt on July 15, 1959 in Napa, CA and they made their home there prior to returning to Oklahoma.
He is survived by 3 brothers: Walter Hall and his wife Erma Lee, Thomas Hall and John Hall and his wife Katherine, 3 sisters: Mary Catherine Butner and her husband Joe, Maggie Jo Hargrove and Faye Godfrey and her husband Marvin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Francis, 2 sisters: Jackie and Pat and 1 brother: William Hall.
Graveside Memorial Services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2015 under the Pavilion at the Fairview Cemetery in Talala with William Pearson officiating.
Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
