Ronald Douglas Richardson

Ronald Douglas Richardson, affectionately known as Ron, Ronnie, Dad, Pawpaw, and Coach, was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Raised on the Westside, he took immense pride in his roots and was a proud Webster Warrior.

Ron was a dedicated student and athlete, excelling academically and in sports. He and his family were all proud graduates of Webster High School in Tulsa. Some of Ron's accomplishments included being named Warrior Chief and winning the Bill Don Walker Award. His high school baseball team won two state championships, and his American Legion Baseball Team placed third in the nation at the tournament in Klamath Falls, Oregon. He attended Connors State University, where his baseball team made it to the Junior College World Series.

After graduating from Connors State, Ron transferred to the University of Tulsa, where he earned a baseball scholarship while pursuing a degree in secondary education. Upon graduation, he began his career at Oologah High School as a basketball coach and science teacher. He then transitioned to pharmaceutical sales and eventually started his own business selling medical equipment. Alongside his wife, Eileen, he owned two Bill and Ruth's Subshops. During this time, Ron returned to school to earn his certificate in Respiratory Therapy. Eventually, he was recruited to open and manage All Saints DME Equipment in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Ron had a passion for sports and coached his children's teams. He cheered for all Oklahoma college teams, proudly donning orange, crimson, and blue & gold, often at the same time!

Ron is survived by his wife, Eileen, with whom he shared 43 years of marriage. He is also survived by his daughters, Farrah (married to Sean), Elizabeth (married to Remi), and Emily, as well as his grandchildren: Morgan, Parker, Savannah, Mason, Maxwell, Finn, and Baker, in addition to his six great-grandchildren. His siblings include Gary Richardson from Ohio, Ed Walker from Tulsa, and Renette Kendal from Jenks.

He retired from All Saints in April 2026.

Ron loved to laugh, often at his own jokes! He never met a stranger and could recall in detail the ball games he played in high school and college. He was an avid golfer, able to remember every hole and shot on the course. He cherished his grandparents and mother dearly and was looking forward to spending his retirement watching his grandsons play ball. Now, he has the best seat in the house!
