Rachel Charlene Teafatiller, 88, graduated to Heaven on February 15, 2008 at the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. She was born July 6, 1919 in Connerville, OK. She was the daughter of Henry and Ethel Bond.
Rachel spent most of her life in prayer, praying for other people. She was a real prayer warrior. She was a member of the Glorious Church Fellowship in Collinsville, OK.
She is survived by one son: Wayne Teafatiller of Nowata, OK, 2 Grandchildren: Crystal Marcum of Collinsville, OK and Calvin Teafatiller of Nowata, OK. 3 Great-grandchildren: Christopher Mack of Coweta, OK, Candace Mack Bracket of Owasso, OK, and Tyler Wayne Marcum of Collinsville, OK and 1 great-great-grandson: Landyn Brackett of Owasso, OK and one sister: Helen Blevins of Ada, OK.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Horace Teafatiller, 1 Brother, Cecil Bond and 2 sisters: Mona Spears and Maxine Vann.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at the First Baptist Church of Collinsville, OK with Reverend Lee Morgans officiating. Acting as Pallbearers will be: Roy Blevins, Calvin Teafatiller, Chris Mack, Tyler Marcum, Dustin Brackett+ and Denton Blevins. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, OK. Services are under the direction of Collinsville-Dolton Funeral Home, 1302 West Main, Collinsville, OK 74021 (918)371-2111.
