Otto Earl Searan, Sr.

Otto Earl Searan, Sr was born September 10th, 1952, to Henry “Jack” Searan and Lillie Bea Watkins.  He was the tenth of 13 children.  He was married to Bernadette Viola Fisher, September 19,1970 and to that union three children were born, Destiny (David) Hicks of Monticello, AR, Otto Earl Searan, Jr (Wendie) of Muskogee, OK and Ralph Henry Searan of Collinsville, OK.

Visitation will be 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. The family will be present from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Funeral Servies will be 10:00 am, Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Carney officiating. Interment will follow at the Wann Cemetery in Oologah.

Otto Sr. worked several jobs during the years he was able, with his last one being Collinsville Wrecker from 4-18-15 through 3-3-2022 (Waid and Melissa Whitlock).

Otto was a simple man who was loved by his family and a host of friends.

Otto Sr. departed this life January 5th, 2025, at 1:47am at Hillcrest South in Tulsa, OK.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lillie (Watkins) Searan. Five brothers Dan, Rex, Tom, Orvin and Frankie. Three sisters, Mary, Thora and Johnnie.

He is survived by his three children Destiny, Otto Jr., Ralph Henry and their mother, Bernadette. One brother, Jackie Searan and three sisters, Mammie, Edna and Ruth. Two grandsons, Joshua Searan, Jacob (Desiree) Denny, two granddaughters, Mylissa (Joey) Garner and Deborah (Cheyenne) Diaz, seven Great-grandchildren and a host of friends and “adopted” family which are too many to list.
