Otis William Winchester, 89, lifelong resident of this area, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023, in Collinsville. He was born May 23, 1933, in Tulsa, OK to Otis Winifred Winchester and the former Alice Elizabeth Hazelton.
He is survived by his wife Lois Wilson Winchester of the home, 2 sons: William Paul Winchester of Collinsville and Bruce R.W. Winchester and his wife Sarah of Tulsa. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Trent Winchester and Adrienne Winchester.
Cremation services provided by Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
