Opal E. Smith, 93, of Collinsville, OK passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in Tulsa, OK. She was born January 29, 1917 in McAlester, OK to Preston R. Dickey and the former Gertie Youngblood. She retired from Harrington Department Store and was member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by 1 son: Carroll Lee(Beau) Madden, 2 daughters: Carolyn Jean McGoveran and Rhonda Joy Anderson. 2 sisters: Nora Brown and Pat Clough. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and one niece, Judy Beal.
Graveside Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 29, 2010 at the Ridgelawn Cemetery with Rev. Helmer Johnson officiating. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
