Nathalia Sue Bradshaw was born in Collinsville, OK on September 28, 1937. She was born to Walter Thomas and Thelma Sue Hawkins where she took her place as the youngest of three sisters. She passed at her home on September 6, 2022 at the age of 84 years old.

Nathalia and her family lived in Collinsville, OK where she attended grades 1 through 12, graduating in 1955. Growing up, Nathalia was musically gifted playing several instruments including piano and oboe. “Nat” as she was affectionately known, was involved in many school activities including the marching band. She was selected to lead the Collinsville High School band as the drum major and would perform at halftimes twirling fire. She later attended bible college in Springfield Missouri before marrying in 1957 in a double wedding with her next oldest sister and best friend Barbara.

A dedicated mother and homemaker, Nathalia also worked at several secretarial and office manager positions over the years including Liberty National Bank in Oklahoma City, McAlester Fuel Company, and Mills Humphrey Funeral Home. From 1983 - 1992 she was the office manager/executive secretary for AT&T in Oklahoma City. Beginning in 1994, she became the Marketing Director for Spotlight Promotions, her oldest son’s business in Oklahoma City.

Nathalia also found time for various civic involvements including her neighborhood association where she later served as President.

Nathalia was preceded in death by her parents and the father of her two sons, Jimmy Lee Fleming, Sr. She was more recently preceded in death by her spouse Richard Lee “Lucky” Bradshaw. Lucky and Nathalia were classmates in Collinsville throughout their school years and were ultimately married for nearly 34 years.

Nathalia is survived by two sons, Jimmy Lee Fleming, Jr. and Bruce Lane Fleming and by her two sisters, Geneva Louise Orr and Barbara Jane Sanders. She is survived by 5 grandchildren, Dustin Tyler Fleming, Brianna Michelle Fleming Burnell, Tabitha Catlin Fleming, Gabrielle Nicole Fleming, Madison Taylor Fleming and 3 great grandchildren, Charlotte Grace Burnell, Elizabeth Mae Burnell and Amelia Joy Burnell.

Nathalia is also survived by her very special companion, her dog Jenny, who stayed at her side to the very end.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2022 and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Pastor Daniel Prock will officiate.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
