Natalia Alvarado

Natalia Alvarado, infant daughter of Panfilo and Shelley Alvarado, both of Collinsville, OK., passed away Friday, May 12, 2006 in Tulsa, OK. Natalia is survived by her parents, grandparents: Orville and Shirley Lewis of Collinsville and Aurelia Alvarado of Mexico. Great-Grandparents: Loueva Williams of Collinsville, Onita Lewis of Collinsville, and Augustina Alvarado of Mexico. 5 Uncles, Danny Lewis of Collinsville, Diego Alvarado of Texas, Hilario Alvarado of Arizona, Genaro Alvarado of Collinsville and Jose Alvarado of Collinsville. 1 Aunt, Mauricia Alvarado of Mexico.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2006 at the Collinsville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Hermon Wood Officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home.
