Millard Theodore Smalygo, Jr.

Millard Theodore Smalygo Jr., 64, of Collinsville, OK passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 in Collinsville. He was born November 19, 1944 in Collinsville to Millard Stanley Smalygo and the former Loyce Ruth Vanderpool. He married Janet Sue Andersen June 17, 1972. He had lived all of his life in Collinsville. He was Baptized and Confirmed in the Catholic Church; he then attended the Lutheran Church and had attended the Community Church since 1992. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club.
He is survived by his wife Janet, of the home. 4 Children: Kristin Kuykendall and her husband Bo of Oologah, Kyle and his wife Megan of Collinsville, Kent and his wife Landi of Owasso, and Kelly and his wife Angela of Claremore, OK. 9 Grandchildren: Chandee, Cole and Braytin Kuykendall, Gracen and Millie Smalygo, Taylor Davis, Preslea and Ciara Smalygo and Jenna Smalygo. 5 brothers and sisters: Barbara Lang and her husband Don of Collinsville, Glenn Smalygo and his wife Ann of Skiatook, Donna Snook and her husband Bobby of Oologah, OK, Linda Raines and her husband Jim of Flippin, Arkansas, and Ernie Smalygo of Collinsville, and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Erma Andersen of Collinsville, OK.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 23, 2009 at the Collinsville Community Church with Rev. Helmer Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 22, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of Flowers, donations may be sent to the Memorial Fund at the Collinsville Community Church.
