Melinda Kay Thomas

Melinda Kay Thomas passed away on May 2, 2006 in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Melinda was born on December 12, 1961 to Fred and Nancy (Darrington) Smith in Levelland, Texas. Originally from Texas, Melinda moved to Oklahoma in 1990.
Melinda is survived by her husband Terry Thomas of the home; 3 sons, Jeremy Thomas of Jacksborro, TX, and Teddy and Cody Thomas both of Collinsville, OK; 5 grandchildren, Chelsey Thomas, Dalton Thomas, Elizabeth Thomas, Brandon Thomas, and Alexis Marie Thomas; 2 brothers, Jimmy and Tommy Smith, both of Lubbock, TX.
Visitation for Melinda is being held Friday, May 5, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collinsville Funeral Home. Services are set for 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 6, 2006 at the Community Church in Collinsville, OK. Under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home, 918-371-2111.
