Maxine Fowler

Maxine Fowler, 93, resident of Collinsville since 2009, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 in Collinsville, OK. She was born in Grove, OK to Randolph Harris and the former Edith Holman. She had lived in Catoosa, OK until the death of her husband, Amos Fowler, March 5, 2009. They married July 7, 1948. She was a member of the Wyandotte Indian Tribe.

Visitation will be 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. The family will be present from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Monday, March 15, 2021 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tim Prock officiating. Interment will follow at the Wyandotte Indian Cemetery.

She is survived by 2 children: Kenny Fowler of Owasso and Sharon Dacus and her husband David of Owasso. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Amos, 1 daughter: Darla Switzer, 1 sister: Reva Wabaunsee, 1 half-brother: Vernon Young, 1 grandson: Shane Fowler and 1 granddaughter: Tracy McClure.
