Mary Margaret Mcpherson Hoover

Mary Margaret McPherson Hoover passed away Saturday, January 6, 2007 in Collinsville, Oklahoma. She was 81. Mary was born December 16, 1925 in Ava, MO to Thomas Jefferson and Betty Ann Inmon. She later married Gene McPherson, whom she loved greatly and was the father of her three daughters. They both were members of the American Ex-Prisoners of War. She lived in the Collinsville area since 1983 having moved from Tulsa. She will be missed by many.

Mary is survived by 3 Daughters, Janice Johnson and Husband Wendell of Collinsville, Sherry Prather and Husband Mark of Collinsville, and Joann Wills of Springfield, MO; 1 Sister, Leona “Cricket” Bowen of Collinsville; 4 Grandchildren, Mary Rosacker of Edmond, Jennifer Carson and Richard Johnson, both of Collinsville, and Kim Wills of Springfield, MO; 3 Great Grandsons; family and many friends. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Gene McPherson.

Visitation for Mary is set for Sunday, January 7, 2007, 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Monday, January 8, 2007, 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at Meadowcreek United Methodist Church followed by interment at Ridgelawn Cemetery, both Collinsville.
