Mary Jo Hines

Mary Jo Hines, 85, of Owasso, OK passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 in Owasso, OK. She was born September 11, 1929 in Barnsdall, OK to Joseph William Eddie Faulk and the former Oma RLena Murphy. She had lived in Owasso for the last 2 years. She grew up in Collinsville and graduated from Collinsville High School. She received her degree from Tulsa University and received her masters from Graceland University. She taught music at T.U. and Tulsa Public Schools.

She is survived by her son: Mark Hines and his wife Janet of Owasso. 4 Grandchildren: Christopher Hines of Tulsa, Heather Jenkins and her husband Chris of Georgetown, KY., Bobby Hines of Seattle, WA and Andy Hines and his wife Patricia of Anchorage, AK. She is also survived by 5 Great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Hines and her son, Terry Hines.

Visitation will be 1:30 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 am, Monday, September 22, 2014 at Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints of Sperry with Pastor Steve VanMeter and Pastor C.H. Whiteman officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Collinsville, Oklahoma
