Martha Louise Ford

Martha L. Ford, 96, passed away April 6, 2018 in Collinsville, OK. She was born October 28, 1921 to Fronia and Charlie Pool in Kentucky. She married Eddie E. Ford on May 11, 1940 in Tulsa, OK. They lived on their dairy farm north of Collinsville where they worked side by side for 34 years. They retired in 1974 where they lived in Collinsville until his passing in 2006. After their move from the farm, they were loving caregivers for teacher’s kids and their own “grand” kids. They were faithful members of A Glorious Church Fellowship.

Martha was preceded in death by her loving husband, her parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 1 infant child.

She is survived by 5 daughters: Carolyn Parker and her husband Coon of Perkinston, MS, Earlene Craig and her husband Richard of St. Louis, MO, Shirley Miller and her husband Lee of Owasso, OK, Suzi Harris and her husband Alan of Owasso, OK, and Linda Dildine of Collinsville, OK, 1 son: Paul Ford of Port Richey, FL. 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 22 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at A Glorious Church Fellowship with interment following at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
