Marlin Dane White

Marlin Dane White, 83, of Collinsville, OK passed away Saturday, August 28, 2010 in Tulsa, OK. He was born July 21, 1927 in Goodhope, Ill to Jess G. White and the former Ida Mare Rutledge. He later married Ruby Snyder on September 29, 1945. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Collinsville, OK, Oologah Masonic Lodge #343 and the Carpenters Union #943.

He is survived by: 5 Children: Marlin Daniel White of Manford, OK, Harold Edward White and his wife Teresa of Knob Noster, MO, Paul Wayne White of Tulsa, OK, Glenda Arlene White of Collinsville, OK, and Lee Ann Lawrence and her husband Wayne of Collinsville, OK. 6 Grandchildren and numerous Great-grandchildren. He is also surived by a sister: Patrica Kraft of Grove, OK.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Arlene White, 2 sisters: Glenna Shaw and Norma Schaer, 1 brother: Harold White and 1 great-grandson: Cameron Smalygo.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Collinsville, OK with Dr. Tim Prock officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, OK. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home.
