Mark Allen Pannell of Vera, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the age of 56. Mark was born on August 9, 1966 in Fort Smith, AR to James Robert and Faye (Roughley) Pannell.

Mark is survived by his sister Tammy Fujibayashi and husband Carter, and a host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Jamie Pannell Reeves.
