Marion Jane Lewis, 88, lifelong resident of Collinsville, OK passed away Friday, September 8, 2017 in Collinsville. She was born January 5, 1929 in Collinsville to Frank McDoulet and the former Nellie May Wells. She married her husband Forrest Eldon Lewis when she was 18 and he was 28. She had worked for Mr. Henry’s Five and Dime, Lydia’s Fabric and Mimosa Assisted Living Center in Owasso. In her earlier years she loved riding motorcycles,camping, waterskiing, and also had a love for traveling having been to Graceland, Niagara Falls, Wyoming, North Carolina, and many more. In her later years she loved gardening, crocheting and sewing, she could make anything, she loved to read, mysteries being her favorite. Most of all, she loved her family.
Visitation will be 9:00 am. to Noon, Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Ridgelawn Cemetery with Rev. John Secondi officiating.
She is survived by her brother: James McDoulet, Great-Nieces: Brandy Galvin and her husband Pete and their children Lane Galvin, Matraca Galvin and her son Casyn, and Clay Galvin. Nieces: Vanelle Wilson and Tika Secondi and her husband John. Nephews: Shawn Secondi and his wife Candy and Shane Secondi and his wife Hannah. Great-niece Rebecca Bortner and Paisley Bortner and 2 great-nephew: Shaylen Bortner and Terry Wilson.
Several other nieces and nephews also survive her.
Preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Lewis, 3 brothers: Bobby, Alec and Bus, 5 sisters: Carol Secondi, Kay McDoulet, Madge McDoulet, Betty Simmons and Frances Kennedy. 1 nephew: Shannon Secondi and 1 niece: Shawndra Bortner.
Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
