Margaret Nadine Lewis

Margaret Nadine Lewis, 89, of Springdale, AR passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 in Springdale, AR. She was born May 15, 1923 in Collinsville, OK to Russell Heaton and the former Ollie Miller. She had lived in Springdale, AR for the last 9 years having moved from Ft. Gibson, OK.

She is survived by 2 children: Donald Varela and his wife Jeanie of San Antonio, TX and Teresa A. Lomax and her significant other, Tim Jackson of Elm Springs, Ar. 1 sister: Eva Mullins and her husband Roy Gene of Collinsville, OK. She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: 2 husbands: John Varela, Lee Lewis and 1 son: Charles Varela and 1 brother, Kenneth Heaton.

Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 14, 2013 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Helmer Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, OK. Funeral services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
