Mable L. Ridenhour

August 18, 1925 — April 3, 2017

Mable Lione (Colvin) Ridenhour passed away peacefully at home on April 3rd, 2017, surrounded by her loving family following complications from surgery.

Mable, the youngest of five children, was born to Lewis Homer Colvin and Lydia Elzina (Fleming) Colvin on August 18, 1925, at home, in Hominy, OK.

She married Dillard Nolan Ridenhour on December 31, 1941, in Claremore, OK, and from this union four children were born, Darrel Lewis, Linda Darlene, Carol Ann, and Bruce Everett.

After living in California for twenty years, they returned to the Collinsville area in 1966, where they lived until their deaths.

Mable was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dillard, her son, Darrel, and her siblings.

She is survived by daughter Linda Beale of Tulsa, daughter and husband Carol and Al Tibbs of Claremore, and son and wife Bruce and Michelle Ridenhour of Tulsa.

She is also survived by grandchildren, Stephanie Gillean, Sandra Hodge, Stacy Ridenhour, Jennifer Heck, Matthew Tibbs, and Emily Hardesty, as well as10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
