Lucille Franks passed away June 11, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband Willard Dean Franks. She leaves behind daughters Wilda Grill, Carol Carter and one son Willard Franks. She was loved by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Family graveside rites will be Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso at 10:00 a.m.
