Lorene Maxine Smith

Lorene Maxine Smith, 86 of Collinsville, OK, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2011 in Collinsville. She was born January 2, 1925 in Attica, KS to Lewis and Vesta (Troyer) Swartzendruber. She had lived in Collinsville for the last 36 years having moved from Bentonville, AR. She was a member of the Meadowcreek United Methodist Church. She married Max J. Smith on March 4, 1944 in Norwich, KS.

She is survived by her husband, Max of the home, 2 daughters: Shirley McCoy and her husband Jerry of Sperry, OK and Sharon Bratt and her husband Charles of Beggs, OK. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 21, 2011 and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at the Meadowcreek United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Mangan and Derrell Morrow officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. Pallbearers will be Garry Voth, Terry Voth, Charles Bratt, Jerry McCoy, John McCoy and Jake Morris. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
