Leo Thomas Hoffman

Leo Thomas Hoffman, Sr. 99 of Collinsville, OK passed away Friday, June 27, 2008 in Collinsville. He was born in Germany on May 6, 1909 to Mike and Mary (Miller) Hoffman. He moved to this area when he was 1 year of age. He was a member of St Therese Catholic Church.

He is survived by 2 sons: Frankie Hoffman and his wife Geneva of Oologah, OK and Leo Hoffman of California. 1 Brother: Frank Hoffman and his wife Thida of Collinsville. 1 sister: Katherine Fast of Carthage, MO. 12 Grandchildren, 16 great Grandchildren and 12 Great-Great-Grandchildren and several other nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Lavern. 1 son: Carl Van Mahorney. 2 daughters: Shirley Thompson and Florence Mahorney.

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at the St. Therese Catholic Church with Father Edward Yew officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
