Larry Edwin Parrish

Larry Edwin Parrish of Skiatook, passed away on April 22, 2020. He was 80. Larry was born on March 9, 1940 in Tulsa to Lloyd and Lizzie (Putman) Parrish. He was a Vietnam Veteran and a lifetime member of the NRA. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and raising kids. Larry married his wife Linda on December 15, 1978 in Tulsa and they lived in the Skiatook area for 50 years.

Larry is survived by his wife Linda of the home; children, Larry Parrish, Jr., Philicia McCrary, Eric Fine, and Karen Gibble; 10 grandchildren, Kalin Cravens, Daniel Cravens, Derek Fine, Kelly Cyr, Bradeon Mahan, Ashley Fine, Dustin Eastin, Cody Eastin, Jami Copeland, and Carson Wood. 6 great grandchildren, Brinleigh Cravens, Ryder Cyr, Hadley Mahan, Aubree Auten, Axel Auten, and Ace Auten; his sister Paula Swartz; and a host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Danny Parrish, and his brother Michael Parrish.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, June 8, 2020 at Riveted Church in Skiatook, OK with Rev. Eric Fine officiating.  Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Military honors will be at Fort Gibson National Cemetery on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.

FORT GIBSON NATIONAL CEMETERY REQUIRES THE WEARING OF MASKS AT THE CEMETERY.  PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING.  PLEASE ARRIVE NO SOONER THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.  EVERY ATTENDEE MUST CHECK-IN AT THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.  NO FLOWERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  THIRTY MINUTES ARE ALLOWED FOR SERVICES.
