Larry R. Ishmael

Larry Richard Ishmael, 71 of Collinsville, OK passed away Thursday, October 21, 2010 in Collinsville, OK. He was born November 20, 1938 in Benton Harbor, MI to Lawrence B. and Lelia (Brown) Ishmael. He had lived in this area for 31 years having moved from Corpus Christy, TX. He was a member of the Trinity Christian Church of Tulsa, OK. He had worked at the Garnett Machine Shop as a Machinist for 28 years.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda of the home. 4 Children: Christine Ishmael of Michigan, Terry L. Ishmael and his wife Kathy of Collinsville, Sandra L. Amen and her husband Jeff of Tulsa, OK and Richard B. Ishmael and his wife Connie of Collinsville. 1 Brother: Charles Ishmael and his wife Robbie of Michigan and 2 sisters: Ruth Brinks and her husband Paul of Michigan and Betty Gilbert of Arkansas. 6 grandchildren: Jamie Whittle, Doug Ishmael, Demetria Foote, Skip Ishmael, Jennifer Ishmael and Wendy Ishmael. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at the Miracles of Faith Church with Rev. Chet Veazey and Rev. Jim Carney officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
