Kenita Ann Boyd

July 4, 1946 — November 6, 2021

Kenita Ann Boyd of Skiatook passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the age of 75.  Kenita was born on July 4, 1946 in Chandler, OK to John and Ruby (Stidham) Gormley.  She was a lifelong member of the Collinsville and Skiatook area, where she spent her time taking care of her family. Kenita had a green thumb and enjoyed working with plants and flowers. She also liked to crochet. She will be missed by many.

Kenita is survived by her husband Fred Boyd; her children, Kena Epps, Dewayne Newton and his wife Mary, and Audra Solis and her husband Jesus; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Kenita was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Gary Wayne Gormley.

Visitation for Kenita will be Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Bilby officiating.  Interment will follow at Wann Cemetery near Oologah.
