Karen Kay Malcolm

Karen Kay Malcolm, 86, of Ramona, OK passed away Friday, December 20, 2024, in Tulsa, OK. She was born November 12, 1938, in Vera, OK to Len E. Maxey and Ione Maude (Howland) Maxey. She meet Robert Malcolm while attending Phillips University in Enid, OK where she also played on the girls basketball team. She later married Robert in 1958. She and her husband moved around while he was serving in the military, before moving back to Oklahoma in 1975.

Visitation will be 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Sunday, December 29, 2024, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. The family will be present from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, December 30, 2024, at the Vera First Christian Church with Rev. Leonard Pirtle officiating. Interment will follow at the Ramona Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband Bob of the home. 1 daughter: Sue Russell and her husband Geoff of South Carolina, 3 sons: David Malcolm and his wife Lillian of Texas, Dan Malcolm and his wife LeAnne of Kansas and Andrew Malcolm and his wife Shlia of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 3 grandchild and 4 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by 1 daughter: Katherine Malcolm and 1 brother: Michael Len Maxey.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
