Judy Lynn Dawson

Judy Lynn Dawson, 63, resident of Collinsville since 1977, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023 in Tulsa, OK. She was born December 28, 1959, in Festus, MO to Ernest Courtaway and the former Shirley Gassier. She worked for the Kid’s Academy in Collinsville for 4 years, she loved the kids, and they loved her, calling her Mrs. Ooide. Her interests included reading, doing crossword puzzles, watching British Who done it’s and Downton Abbey.

She is survived 1 son: Clinton William Dawson of Collinsville, 1 grandson: Logan Patton, 1 sister: Joni Frank and 1 brother: John Courtaway.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Clarence Dawson and 1 daughter Meleigha Patton.
