Juanita Fisher-Parks, 80, of Collinsville, OK passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2007 in Tulsa, OK. She was had lived most of her life in Collinsville, OK. She was born March 7, 1927 in Dawson, OK to James Ellis Crittenden and the former Willi Ann Crocker. She was a retired nurse.

She is survived by 3 Children: Jim Tedder of Collinsville, OK, Charles Tedder and his wife Hatice of Weatherford, TX and Randy Fack and her husband Phillip of Skiatook, OK. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2007 in the chapel at Collinsville Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Tedder officiating. Interment will follow at the Sandridge Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home.
