Johnny Carl Hailey

Johnny Carl Hailey passed away in Owasso, OK at the age of 67, surrounded by his family.  Johnny was born in Tulsa, OK on September 29, 1955, to John Thomas and Gladys Laverne (Claybrooke) Hailey.  After high school he enlisted in the Air Force. He actively served during Desert Storm and Desert Shield and various conflicts.  He also spent time working for the Department of Homeland Security.  Johnny retired as a Senior Master Sergeant from the Oklahoma Air National Guard after serving for 34 years.  Johnny married Deborah Quillen on November 14, 1986.  Together they raised two children.  Johnny’s hobbies included playing golf, watching football, fishing, and bowling.  He leaves behind numerous friends and family that will miss him dearly.

Johnny is survived by his wife Debbie of the home; children, Nicole Hailey and Arthur Clement, Justin Hailey and wife Leslie, and Penny Hallford and husband Lawrence; 6 grandchildren, David Hailey, Ashley Nein, Cody Hamilton, Sallie Loudermilk and husband Robert, Amanda McMaster, and Lawrence Hallford.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 20, 2023 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Arnie Smith officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Johnny's name to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, or the National Kidney Foundation.
