John Nelson Roberts

John Robert Nelson, 86, of Talala, OK, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2008 in Claremore, OK. He was born January 25, 1922 in Talala, OK to Phillip and Mary Roberts. He had work for Rogers County District 2 for 32 years until he retired in 1985.

He was preceded in death by his wife Lonetta Roberts and a son, John Frances Roberts. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at the Hillside Christain Church in Nowata, OK with Reverend Ben Killion officiating. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Talala, OK. Services are under the direction of Oologah Dolton Funeral Home.
