John Harold Bewley

John Harold Bewley, 88 of Collinsville, OK passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 in Owasso, OK. He was born March 21, 1933 to Elmer and Elva (Davis) Bewley in Atkins, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Wanda, Elma C. and Narvell, also, brothers: Buck, Walter and Dewey. John is survived by his wife of 63 years, Dolores, three children: Willie, Barbara and Patricia and six grandchildren: Kyle, Dylan, Jonathan, Larry, Bryce and Allison and five great-grandchildren: Tyler, Cooper, Brelynn, Brody and Paisley, two sisters: Louise and Jean and many nieces and nephews.

JB was a great machinist and businessman. In 1972, he started Bewley MFG in North Tulsa which was a leading  nc/cnc machine shop in the area and currently operating as JBW MFG.

JB was involved in many activities throughout his life. He was in the military, an active Shriner member and Mason. He loved all car and motorcycle racing with his favorite being Nascar. He was also very proud and enjoyed watching his grandson play baseball, his most favorite part of life was being involved with his family spending time at the racetrack and working.

Visitation will be Noon to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. The family will be present from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Carney officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
