Jimmy Dwayne Clay

Jimmy Dwayne Clay, 69 of Inola, OK passed away April 11, 2022 in Inola. He was born July 16, 1952, in Stilwell, OK to James Andrew Clay, Jr. and Julia Vee (Green) Clay. He had lived in Inola for the last two years having moved from Claremore. He was a member of the Tiawah Community Church. He worked for and retired from Grinnell Fire Protection. He loved hunting, fishing and racing cars.

A memorial service will be held at Calvery Baptist Church of Inola, 5 S Broadway, on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 11:00 am.

He is survived by his wife: Sara Clay of the home, his mother: Julia Vee Clay of Tahlequah, 1 son: Joe Don Clay of Claremore, 1 daughter: Kristy Andrews and her husband Eric of Inola. 5 siblings: Tim Clay and his wife Vickie of Beggs, Robert Clay of Tahlequah, Sonia Boswell and her husband Rick of Tahlequah, Tonia Ward and her husband Darren of Claremore and Sparky Don Maxwell of Inola, 1 brother-n-law: Jack Vann of Inola. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, numerous neices and nephews and a close friend, Glenn Shaw.

He is preceded in death by his father: James Andrew Clay, Jr., 3 siblings: Patricia Vann, Andy Clay, and Tanya Clay.

Cremation services are provided Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
