Jimmy Ray Burch

Jimmy Ray Burch was born July 26, 1958 in Claremore, OK to James E. and Shirley (Gasaway) Burch. He departed his life on February 25, 2007 at the age of 48 years, 6 months and 30 days.

Jimmy was a lifelong resident of Collinsville and graduated from Collinsville High School in 1976. He was married to Susan Gray in 1977 and divorced in 2005. He had three children and two granddaughters. He worked as a welder for IKG Industries in Sandsprings, OK. He loved football games, rodeos and two-stepping.

Jimmy is survived by his two sons: Jimmy Burch, Jr. of Tulsa, OK and Jeff Burch and wife Amanda of Skiatook, OK. 1 Daughter, Julie Burch of Tulsa. Two Granddaughters: Madison and Molly Burch. His mother: Shirley Burch of Collinsville, OK, one sister, Dana Pelton and her husband Dana of Collinsville, OK and one brother, Steve Burch and his wife Carol of Collinsville. His girlfriend, Cindy Lively of Claremore, OK. He was also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, James E. Burch.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at the Church of the Nazarene, Collinsville, OK with Reverend Tim Odom officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home.
