Jerry Wayne Fox, 62, of Kansas City, MO. Passed away February 7, 2007. He at Wesley Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK on September 9, 1944 to Elmer Louie Fox and Vada May Mullinex Fox. He was a musician most of his life.
He is survived by a son Jason Fox, a daughter, Denna Kay and numerous Nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Vada Fox, three sisters, Betty Lou Sunday, JoAnn Sunday and Doris Fox.
A memorial services will be held, Saturday, 2:00 p.m. March 17, 2007, at the Collinsville Funeral Home Chapel.
