Jeremy Travis Allen

Jeremy Travis Allen, 50, formerly of Collinsville, OK passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in Tulsa, OK. He was born September 23, 1973, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He was brought to United States of America by Dr. Arthur Chestnut who arranged for his adoption. He came to Collinsville in 1976 when he was adopted by Gerald Franklin Allen and Janice Kay Allen. He proudly became an American citizen as a child. He graduated from Collinsville High School in 1991, where he was active in all sports, theatre, and in the Choral Group. Making All District choir every year from sixth grade through his senior year and All State twice. He worked for Enterprise Rental Car for several years. He enjoyed coaching two of his children in soccer during their elementary years. He was active in Sand Springs Community Theatre with his daughter and wife in 2017 and 2018. With his favorite role being Chief Sitting Bull in Annie Get You Gun. He moved back to Collinsville in 2018.

Memorial services will be held on November 4th at the First Baptist Church in Collinsville, Oklahoma, at 11 am. Following the service will be a celebration of life party in the gymnasium, as per requested by Jeremy.

He is survived by his wife: Ginger Allen, his parents: Jan and Jerry Allen, 3 children: Travis Eddy Allen, Alyssa Monet Swearingen and her husband Tim, and Christian Blair Franklin and his wife Ginger, 3 grandchildren: Jillian, Elianna, and Kyan Franklin,1 brother: Justin Clint Allen and his wife Ashlei, 1 niece and nephew: Lexi and Nicolas Allen. He is also survived by several other friends and relatives.
