Janice Ann Truax, 76, of Collinsville, OK passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 in Collinsville. She was born January 28, 1939 in Greggton, TX to Roy Russell Burns and the former Hattie Ellen Turner. She had lived in Collinsville since 1991. She loved music, movies, dancing, and animals.

She is survived by:

Billy Lynn Dorman of Parker, CO

Numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home with Rev. Kelvin Limbocker officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
