Janice Arlene Tandarich, 79, of Oologah passed away March 20, 2016 outside of Arkansas City, KS. She was born February 24, 1937 in Salina, KS to Harold Buttermore and Sylvia Pihl.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m., Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Oologah United Methodist Church with Rev. Jennifer Long officiating.
After raising her family in Moore, OK, they moved to Crandall, TX and then she followed her daughter to Oologah, OK. She was an active member of the Oologah United Methodist Church and gave her time in service to others. She was devoted to her family, friends and her pets. She had a positive impact and touched many lives. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Lovelace and her husband Duane of Oologah. Her son, Ronald Tandarich and his wife Jessi of Mabank, TX. 5 grandchildren: Joseph Lovelace, Jonathan Lovelace, Rylan Tandarich, Trayli Tandarich and Natali Tandarich. 1 brother: Dean Buttermore and his wife Deanna of North St. Paul, MN, 4 sisters: Katherine Brubaker of Salina, KS, Racine Lynn of Arkansas City, KS, Sylvia Carter and her husband Paul of Bacliff, TX and Edith Schriner of Salina, KS
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Peter Tandarich and two brothers, Keith Buttermore and Pat Buttermore.
