James Albert Seward

James Albert Seward passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the age of 56 in Collinsville, OK.  James was born on August 25, 1967, to Miles and Catherine (Knight) Seward in Ponca City, OK.  James attended Collinsville Public Schools and later trade school.  He traveled a lot and worked in various states until his declining health brought him back home.  James loved to cook and worked in various restaurants over the years. He loved crafting and woodworking, wiring things up and putting things together.  He was a very hands-on person.  James will be missed by many.

James is survived by his children, Darren Seward, Brittany Seward and Katrina Rice; his mother, Catherine Seward; his sister, Tracy Kerr; 5 grandchildren, Abel, Tony, Asher, Makyla, and Caira.

James was preceded in death by his father, Miles Seward, a daughter: Elizabeth Seward and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

The family will hold a memorial service at 10:00 am at the Ralston Cemetery in Ralston, OK.
